Derrick Flint, MD, DDS Dr. Derrick Flint, MD, DDS, is an oral & maxillofacial surgeon in Austin, TX. He traveled to Jamaica to help provide surgical and medical care for remote communities in the mountains of Jamaica. Another trip was with an organization called Smiles International. Dr. Flint traveled to Tecate, Mexico, and offered his expertise in cleft lip and palate repair surgery to children who would otherwise lack access to this care. Dr. Flint is a local Rotarian and active member of the Austin-Oak Hill Rotary Club. He also is passionate about the delivery of humanitarian aide and the safety for doctors and patients in austere regions. Through his charitable action, Dr. Flint has changed the lives of many.
