Perla

Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator
Perla assisted Dr. Flint with the opening of the practice, August 2015 and her current role is office manager and insurance specialist. Perla was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Austin at an early age and is very fluent in Spanish. Perla has worked in the medical field for over 11 years before transitioning to the dental field. Her knowledge of billing and coding makes her a valuable member of the team along with her compassionate and understanding nature. Perla also ensures all aspects of the practice are flowing smoothly.

Perla enjoys cooking, dancing, running outdoors and spending time with her husband, Jr., and their three beautiful children.

Maggie

Assistant Office Administrator/Patient Coordinator
Maggie began her dental career over 20 years ago in Austin starting as an assistant before transitioning to the front office. Maggie joined Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin in May 2016 and is knowledgeable with insurance as well as back office. She is one of the faces that will greet you in reception or answer your calls with her bubbly personality.

Maggie has three grown children; she enjoys cooking, music and the great outdoors with her husband, Alan, and two dogs, Raleigh and Winston.

Nahut

Surgical Assistant
Nahut was born in California and moved to Austin in 2008. She joined Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin in February 2016 and is a great asset to our team. Nahut has been in the dental field for over 13 years; received her RDA certificate in 2008 and is a highly trained surgical assistant. She stays current with continuing dental education classes, as well. Nahut is fluent in Spanish and loves helping our Spanish speaking patients feel comfortable and at ease.

Nahut enjoys hiking, Austin’s amazing nightlife and spending time with her fur baby, Max.

Robert

Surgical Assistant
Robert is a native Austinite and has been an active part of the dental field for the past 8 years. He is the most recent member of the Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin team since August 2016. Robert stays current with continuing dental education classes, he received his RDA certificate in 2008, preferring oral surgery over general dentistry and is fluent in Spanish, as well. Roberts compassionate and excellent patient care is quick to put patients at ease.

Robert enjoys paintball, movie watching and spending time with his lovely wife, Marzia, and their fur baby, Moose.
