Perla

Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator
Perla assisted Dr. Flint with the opening of the practice, August 2015 and her current role is office manager and insurance specialist. Perla was born in Monterrey, Mexico and moved to Austin at an early age and is very fluent in Spanish. Perla has worked in the medical field for over 11 years before transitioning to the dental field. Her knowledge of billing and coding makes her a valuable member of the team along with her compassionate and understanding nature. Perla also ensures all aspects of the practice are flowing smoothly.

Perla enjoys cooking, dancing, running outdoors and spending time with her three beautiful children and her fur baby Louis.

Robert

Surgical Assistant
Robert is a native Austinite and has been an active part of the dental field for the past 8 years. He is the most recent member of the Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin team since August 2016. Robert stays current with continuing dental education classes, he received his RDA certificate in 2008, preferring oral surgery over general dentistry and is fluent in Spanish, as well. Roberts compassionate and excellent patient care is quick to put patients at ease.

Robert enjoys paintball, movie watching and spending time with his lovely wife, Marzia, and their fur baby, Moose.

Marleh
Surgical Assistant
Marleh was born and raised in San Marcos Texas. She is a Registered Dental Assistant/Surgical Assistant that prides herself on providing a comforting experience for each patient. She joined our practice March of 2022. Fluent in Spanish and loves being able to bridge the common communication barrier.

Outside of work you can find her spending her time with her five feline babies. They are her pride and joy. She enjoys being active and is regularly at the gym.

Arianna

Surgical Assistant
Arianna was born and raised in South Austin. She joined Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin in January 2024, she has been proudly assisting for the past five years. Arianna is a highly motivated and skilled dental assistant, has enjoyed her dental career from general dentistry, endodontics, and now oral surgery. She is always ready to greet all of our patients with her contagious smile and caring demeanor. She ensures all patients have positive and comfortable visits.

Outside of the office, Arianna loves spending time and making memories with her son Adrian and her partner Alejandro.

Kimberly

Front Office/Patient Coordinator
Kim was born and raised in Austin Texas. She joined Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin in February 2024 and has been a great asset to the team. She has been in the dental field for 4 years always ensuring all patients feel comfortable and understood. Kim is fluent is Spanish.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, exploring Austins night life and spending quality time with friends and family.

Linda

Front Office/Patient Coordinator
Linda was born in Chicago, and raised in Austin Texas. She joined Oral Surgery Specialists of Austin in August 2023. She is always eager to learn something new, and willing to help wherever needed. With six years of experience in the dental field, Linda has developed a passion for helping patients feel comfortable and well informed. Fluent in Spanish, Linda takes pride in connecting with a diverse range of patients, ensuring they receive the best care possible.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys reading, playing soccer, and spending quality time with friends, and family.
